Admission Procedure
Thank you for your interest in the Cambridge Assessment International
Education (CAIE) program conducted at Washington International School
(WIS). WIS offers complete Prep-School, Elementary School, Junior-High
School, and High School education to all registered students irrespective of
gender, creed, ethnicity, religion, color, or national origin. Admission
decisions are based upon entrance testing, previous school records,
personal interviews and availability of openings. To expedite the admission
process for your child, it is suggested that you provide the following:
1. Admission application form.
2. An official school transcript for the current year and the past two
years (if any).
3. Copy of birth certificate.
4. Two recent (not more than 2 months old) passport –sized
photographs.
5. Both Parents’ CNIC/SNIC copies.
6. Both Parents’ written consent (if divorced).
When the information/transcripts/reports requested are received by
our Admissions Department, we will inform you of an appropriate time
for a standardized admission test and interview. This process will
assist us in determining the suitability of your child as well as his/her
placement at WIS.
Upon acceptance to WIS, you are requested to fulfill your financial
obligations to enroll your child. Under no circumstances can a child
be allowed to attend classes before his/her admission fee and other
applicable fees have been received by the WIS Accounts
Department. All fees are non-refundable. Any falsification of
information/transcripts will result in immediate expulsion from WIS.
WIS HAS THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REFUSE ANY APPLICANT WITHOUT
GIVING ANY REASON(S).
